Our popular 4-poster bedroom that overlooks the quiet street of Marygate. Centrally heated, the room has a shower and toilet en suite. A popular traditional rocking chair is provided whether to relax and read your favourite book or watch television or select one of our DVD’s on the newly installed LCD HD television. The unique charm of this room has always proved popular with our guests.
Champagne Room Welcome
If you are celebrating a special birthday, wedding anniversary, a romantic weekend, or just want to be pampered then please enquire about our “Champagne Room Welcome”. This doesn’t have to be expensive starting from a reasonable priced bottle of Cava working through our mid range selection of sparkling wines and finally ending with a Moét et Chandon champagne. As you enter your room your personalised choice awaits held on ice with two fluted glasses and personalised greeting to your loved one. In addition a bouquet of flowers can also be arranged.

The room tariff includes a choice of full English breakfast where guests can start the day with orange juice, toast with either breakfast/herbal teas or freshly ground coffee. This can be followed by grapefruit and a choice of cereal with a personal choice of one of six variations of cooked breakfast, including our local grilled kippers. Whatever you choose our popular Ship’s breakfast should set you up for the rest of the day.
For all residents if you wish to enjoy a drink in your room you will be most welcome to do so.
